Access Music Education (AME), a 501c3 non profit organization, is dedicated to promoting equitable music education in underserved communities. We believe every student deserves access to the proven social-emotional and academic benefits of rigorous music study-regardless of income level. We offer free or reduced price private and small group music lessons and facilitate donations of instruments, instrument maintenance and other supplies.

INSTRUCTORS

Founded by a member of the Washington National Opera/Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, our faculty is made up of teaching artists from Washington DC's premier orchestras. They are passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their musical goals in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
